Antonio "Tony" Pecorilli

Founder and CEO

With a distinguished 20 year career as a successful entrepreneur and businessman, Tony identified an underserved niche market in the oil and gas industry when he realized most operators lacked a sophisticated fleet management service provider and the technological systems to support it.

In 1996, Tony and his wife Lori began Latium Consulting Inc. Combining market knowledge and a strong commitment to personalized customer relations, Tony grew the company from humble beginnings to build its premium service reputation.

Incorporating web technologies to better serve his clients, Tony has developed one of the world's most sophisticated GPS tracking and security solutions, LATLOGIX.

Today, as chairman and CEO of Latium, Tony:

  • Oversees operations in both Canada and the United states serving the Oil & Gas, Construction and Forest Products industries
  • Creates new successful opportunities for Latium's customers and shareholders through a continually growing network of service providers
  • Continues to build strategic alliances with like-minded businesses to ensure the success of Latium's clients

Lori Pecorilli

President

With more than 20 years experience, Lori is responsible for the efficiency and reliability at the forefront of Latium's growing customer base. As Vice President, Lori shares the role of strategic planning and coordination of Latium's vision while maintaining the family feel important to Latium's growing business.

With substantial involvement in, Lori manages:

  • Customer relations
  • Service improvements
  • Corporate environment and culture preservation

Ted J Lopatynski CMA

Controller

With over 25 years Financial Leadership in Mining, Heavy Equipment Maintenance, Equipment Rental and Supply Chain management, Ted brings a diverse operational background to Latium. His financial perspective on operations provides critical vision for the Management Team. His practical approach to management information goes beyond traditional financial requirements of a dynamic growth oriented organization..

In his role as Controller, Ted is responsible for:

  • Corporate Finance and Administration
  • Business Process Design and Improvement
  • Financial Planning, Budgets, Forecasts
  • Providing Management Accounting perspective to enhance tactical and strategic direction
  • Internal management reporting and business analysis

H. George Tschernetzki

Manager of Business Development

With more than 20 years experience, George’s background includes fleet management for a major international company, as well as successfully developing truck fleet business in the western Canadian marketplace. George is the past co-founder and president of the Alberta Rental Vehicle Association, is an associate of the Institute of Canadian Bankers, and a ten year member of the National Association of Fleet Administrators.

George is responsible for:

  • Development and implementation of corporate sales strategies
  • Strategic marketing plans
  • Development and maintenance of business and corporate relationships
  • Identifying, developing, and maintaining vendor/partner relationships

Kwok Kwan

Director of Operations and Marketing

Offering more than 10 years of marketing experience, Kwok spearheads Latium's marketing and communication strategies.

Kwok ensures service surpasses customer expectations by:

  • Managing relationships with vendors
  • Ensuring Latium is able to provide customers the best possible cost available
  • Overseeing day to day Operations and team management
  • Consulting with potential clients
  • Creating and presenting sales presentations

Chris De Marchi

Senior Product Manager

With over 5 years of GPS product development and 10 years in heavy equipment industry, Chris is in charge of developing Latium’s Latlogix & L2 technology. As Senior Product Manager, Chris will be developing business requirements and product specifications for new features and enhancements.

Chris is responsible for:

  • Acting as the liaison between the development team and management.
  • Project manage approved initiatives in-house and with third party suppliers as required.
  • Act as the primary point of contact with strategic partners and suppliers.
  • Represent the business as a product expert at key industry and trade events.

Harold Peacock, P. Eng.

Senior Hardware Engineer

With 20 years experience, Harold holds his Bsc in Electrical Engineering and is currently completing a project to adapt the AVL for use with heavy equipment and highway trucks.

Harold also:

  • Develops the L2 AVL hardware and firmware, allowing it to communicate with light and medium duty trucks
  • Develops hardware and firmware for Latium's AVL
  • Extends vehicle and equipment monitoring capabilities
  • Investigates technologies to enhance fleet management capabilities
  • Troubleshoots issues associated with Latium's AVL
