Based on the type of driving and terrain your vehicles cover, are 5000 km oil changes enough or too frequent? How many windshields were replaced last year, and at what cost? The plan will give clear direction on how to save time and money in your fleet operations.

From there, Latium constructs a plan. Each plan is unique to the customer, and includes a summary of the vehicles to be retained, vehicles to be disposed of, whether new vehicles should be purchased or leased, whether service is more efficient in-house or outsourced, maintenance schedules, and any efficiencies and cost reductions that can be achieved within the fleet.
