Latium has relationships with Dealers and Repair Shops across Western Canada. We have negotiated special pricing with each of our partners to ensure our customers save money. All of the invoicing is completely transparent. Our clients see the original quotes and invoices direct from our partners before deciding how to proceed. If there are no savings for the customer, there is no charge for our service. The completed work is simply billed at our cost.

Advanced GPS Monitoring is a key element in Latium's Total Fleet Solution. While the technology itself is simply a tool for gathering raw data, Latium understands how to deliver value and service from the data. This is where we separate ourselves from our competition. GPS provides the data; Latium integrates that data into a GPS Solution to deliver real ROI and benefits to our clients.

Challenge

Mikisew Energy Services Group (MESG) and Latium Fleet Management started a working relationship in the summer of 2008. The original idea behind the relationship was to utilize Latium's fleet management experience, knowledge and relationships with MESG's Ft. McMurray mechanic services to maximize profit for both organizations.

However, upon closer investigation it became apparent MESG's internal systems were hampering MESG's ability to both better serve customers and save time.


Solution

In a consulting role, Latium worked in concert with MESG to pinpoint areas in need of review and restructuring. Latium not only audited and recommended processes to improve MESG's performance but also became engrained in MESG's day to day operations by providing on site staff to help better understand and identify solutions.

Since then, MESG has and continues to update its shop processes and improve efficiency through Latium's GPS Solution strategy.
